I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Good Appraisal 👍 (average 10-12% every year)

Dislikes

6 days working ( apart from 5 Week Off, you get 1 CL, 1 PL ) and 1 QOFF for month having 5 Sunday ) And many people were fired recently No job security unless you perform really good and stay on top.
