Biased approach to different dept. Job role are changed frequently as per organisational need. Less increment 6 %. Job security less, you need to perform if not they will kick you out.

I was unfortunate to have managers like Abm,zbm who encouraged having sales by doing unethical practices. Zonalmanagers of west cardiology divison made us do illigial practices which lead me to leave the job.
