It's good for an amateur to learn , however he shouldn't expect anything but good technical knowledge and experience. It's a small start-up, you will get lot of opportunities to work in basic installion like clamping the pluggs till supervising a complete renewable power plant or commercial electrical system installion, operations & maintenance and managing audit files of companies. So you will having a lot of opportunities to learn different technical trouble shooting and as well as installion. However you shouldn't expect much growth in this company, pay is moderate but good for a fresher. However if you're looking forward to grow with this company it's your choice how ever I didn't feel that good, but again you'll get a lot of things to learn about your field if you're an electrical student, which will genuinely add some value to your future career paths. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
