-Politics from top level management to bottom level - Safety is only on document, nobody cares only productivity important safety is at last - nobody support to safety professional - rules, policies are for only show off - wrong question asking policy to wrong person - safety officer is totally responsible for all incidents without any concern many more things to discuss on dislikes
