Well first, they provided the environment to work from home and safe living and even without any major work they are providing deducted salary for living.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

As its refer to any creative production house there is always a struggle to manage work,life balance and also some sort of creating freedom as we all depends on clients mercy.

Job security - Poor

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
