I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with my tenure at 4S Developers, The company is notably below Industry standards, marked by unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and aggression from the owners. This has created a toxic work environment with the pervasive use of inappropriate language and slang, indicative of a concerning lack of professionalism. Due to a strong financial background, 4S developers exhibit a troubling approach toward their employees, fostering an atmosphere of disdain and humiliation. The lack of respect and adherence to basic policy and procedure contribute to a chaotic work environment, reflecting a company that lacks the necessary organizational foundations. Reports of salary withholdings from resigning employees and alleged wrongful termination based on fake accusations further underscore a regrettable professional association. In conclusion. I can not recommend 4S Developers Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon to potential employees based on my firsthand experience of hostile working environments and unethical organizations....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
