Career growth as you will be sticker under some cluster and your growth will just depend on that one person .Too hard to move or get released from project even though you don’t have dependancy .

My overall TCS experience is good. I learned lot of new things in a TCS. TCS gives opportunity to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

TCS is a service base company so maximum revenue they are earning from support projects. Fresher's expect more development project but maximum time fresher's get allocated to support projects.
