This is the best place to work when it comes to the youth who are going to start their career. You get to learn from basics and the corporate culture. Eventually you also get opportunities to showcase your talent and grab the positions you are interested to get into.

There is nothing to dislike about the company but a decent hike to the employees would make more people to join this org

No salary delay and good place for freshers

Dislikes

No work life balance, very odd shift timings eg 1:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5 days work from office. Favoritism and specific gender preference. Supervisors do not let you apply for your own leave but swap it with your weekly offs and end up working 9-10 days straight for the next week off.

Asme & managers were pretty helpful . Separate Cafeteria & pantry .

Don't think they will give you leave . Eventhough ur asking for sickleave they want it to be scheduled 🤡 as if you vomited or fell concious. Other day if you get medical reports on time . They grant you leave .

Not preferable for female employee's, they give less care about safety. Target process in 24/7 is not at all preferable, very toxic environment. Coffee machines are worst and only 2 biscuits brands which feels super cheap. No choice to choose the sugar content in coffee or hot brewages. Need coffe?? Get sugar along with it. However for higher authorities they have separate floor with all good coffee and tea bags with quality snacks. Old and uncomfortable chairs with dust on chairs sometimes and even on keyboard and mouses. Most systems don't have proper screws placed in or with damaged system handles. Employees struggle with finding working headsets and even sometimes fully functional keyboard and mouse. No mouse pads provided and no camera works inside so anyone can steal your mouse pads and get away with it. Medical claim is a joke. Never claimed as the person only will not be there the time we go. Bunker rooms are there but need TL to be there to sign, to which TLs refuse and its worst feeling. Sometimes targets seems unavailable....Read More
