Don't think they will give you leave . Eventhough ur asking for sickleave they want it to be scheduled 🤡 as if you vomited or fell concious. Other day if you get medical reports on time . They grant you leave .

Target process A lot of office politics in Target process. The top management is known for cornering people who's not in their favourite list. Not preferable for female employee's, they give less care about safety. Target process in 24/7 is not at all preferable, very toxic environment. It was all good experience to work with the organization but they were promises which made during the training. Bonuses and perks will be given but they were never ever given and also their is religion biased leaders within the organization.
