No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

I like company environment and work life balance.

As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

Growth will be their good ethics and values work culture is good' 'Good salary and wifi is good Can't say much more than that' 'Good people to work with' 'The work environment is good and friendly. '

SAP, Finance, Master Team, & distribution teams has lots of unidentified process. Which takes lots of time and no helpful team to support.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters.
