I worked as a cabin crew, so I loved the salary for sure. The travelling part was good and good 5 star hotels I stayed in. So, overall it was a good experience.

The only things I liked about the company was bonus, medical and layover allowances. Overall, the flying experience was fair pre-covid time. I'm not really sure about post-covid time, as I left. I hear that the flying has become extremely hectic from ex colleagues. Anyways, it will always be my first company and no matter how hard the work was, I have a special place for it in my heart. I hope, they make it better in the coming years especially to cabin crew members. Have mercy on them, please!

Work-life balance was poor and the attitude towards us (crew members) was not that great. One day, a person from OCC literally said to me that I would be "utilized" in whichever way they want us to, when I asked why was I pulled out at last minute. Need dire improvement in management, especially flight scheduling. It's horrible!

Rotational shifts. At times it gets hectic.

SPO’s were very strict and followed by everyone…salary structure and layover hotels were very nice and comfy so overall best one i would say
