Yelled by the manager in front of the whole team
I got yelled at by my manager in front of the whole team it's 40 people it's my first month in this new company and I am a 20 year old I never worked in this field before I asked them for feedback and my co workers too like everyday and still got shamed in front of everyone i am a little shaken cause I have never experienced this i don't want to get fired but I feel like I will be i am hired as a consultant not an employee idk how to deal with this?

This is sad....I understand how you must have felt. It's understandable to feel shaken after being yelled at in front of your colleagues. Public humiliation can be a difficult experience, especially for a new employee. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself.

It’s tough to be yelled at, especially in front of everyone, but try to focus on learning from the experience and consider talking to your manager privately about how you can improve. I hope it helps 👍
