Which sector has more growth in terms of CTC
I hot offer from both a FMCG and Reliance Industries.
I'm a Mechanical Engineer and I'm ready to do any kind of work the company would offer me.
I just want to know where among the two I would be able earn more money and get higher CTC after switching.

Both sectors have good growth, but FMCG often provides faster salary hikes, while Reliance can offer stability and long-term perks. Consider your long-term goals before deciding.

An Assistant Manager
If you’re looking purely at CTC growth, FMCG roles (especially in sales/operations) tend to have aggressive increments. Reliance, on the other hand, offers strong brand value and stability.

It depends on your role. If it's sales or operations in FMCG, growth can be quicker. Reliance, on the other hand, has a strong reputation and long-term perks.
