Ppl at work reward you for your talent.

That there is no favoritism

Many employers think that paying employees more will make them work harder and be happier. I think money alone doesn’t make employees happy or motivated. You should try acknowledging their efforts and celebrating their successes.

Boot licking of manager will get you success. Is not true when you are working in the top class company. Only knowledge and how you behave with people matters to reach and sustain the leadership level.

Experienced employees work better than freshers.

You only have to struggle for 1 year as a fresher , then life becomes easy
