I am thinking of MNC here. Unless the person is working in same team with you, it is fine. I have seen lot of people doing it. Do not date person in same team though, if anything goes south, both of you have to face eachother everyday and would make other people uncomfortable.

Does it mean dating with someone in office? It is not necessarily bad but depending on what kind of work you do this can be a huge pain. Things can go bad in a relationship and it might not remain safe and comfortable to work in the same place. If you are in a role where you can easily find similar role in any other workplace then it should not be a big deal. Otherwise it can damage your professional relationships as well as career growth.

If it doesn't work well then it could lead to a tension between the two and it definitely hamper your productivity. So say no to office dating 🙅🏻‍♂️
