Toxic culture, micromanaging, work pressure, people politics. These should be the red flags for company isn't?

What prompts an employee to depart from their workplace? Is it not possible for the company to address and rectify its toxic environment? Will they persist in fostering a culture that compels employees to resign? Why is the burden always placed on the employee? Employees strive diligently to achieve positive outcomes. If the challenge lies in management practices, should the company not investigate this matter? Does a declining retention rate not serve as a warning sign for such organizations? There ought to be a mechanism for informing these organizations that the root of the problem lies within their management and corporate culture. Rather than addressing the underlying issues, employees seem to be fleeing from them. Securing a new position often requires more time and effort than simply leaving the current job.

I agree, Lekin problem yeh hai ki kaafi organizations "band-aid" solutions lagati hain instead of addressing core management flaws. Managers ko accountability ke liye train karna aur employee feedback seriously lena is must, but yeh har jagah nahi hota.

Agar ek company retention rate aur reputation ko serious nahi le rahi, toh wo long term survive nahi kar payegi.
