Exactly, particularly if you have more education or are better skilled than your manager. They will do every thing they can to sabotage you, because they are insecure.

Is this valid if employee is not capable and manager tried hard to accommodate employee in all possible way. But employee never understand plea of manager and always blaiming him because in his view, whatever he or she knows is best beside of harm to company. Pls advise

This is 100% true, unfortunately it's difficult to know what your manager is going to be like until you actually start working for them... by this time it's too late

It only took me a month and a half to figure mine out and I no longer work there! The sad thing is leadership would rather keep that type of manager and let go some of there most amazing staff!
