Termination without any cause
Tech Mahindra terminated me within a service bond period and without any notice after being on bench for a year. They did not give me any project.
Why are they spoiling the career of freshers ?
I thought mahindra had a very good
leadership.

This is why it’s crucial for freshers to have a backup plan. If a company isn’t utilizing your potential, it’s their loss. Focus on upskilling and finding a better employer who values talent!

Tech Mahindra should be more transparent about its resource management. Terminating employees after keeping them on the bench for a year is highly unethical.
