Salaries in Investment Banking
I hold an international master’s degree and have 7 years of work experience, yet I’m earning only 21 LPA. I’ve met people with less experience, from ordinary colleges, making 50-70 LPA—some even recognized in “30 Under 30” lists. I don’t know what I’m missing or what I need to change.
