Ola owes me a huge amount!!

I don't get it, If I cancel a cab I pay a cancellation fee And now this is the 4th time a cab driver has cancelled my trip. For making me wait an average of 5-10 min for each. Why isn't Ola paying me “Patience fee?”

Have you tried contacting Ola's customer support to voice your concerns and request compensation for the inconvenience ?

Give 1 star rating and write a lengthy bad review explaining your concern properly on Play Store for any such app that doesn't listen to your voice also other public platforms like twitter, fb, insta
