No one likes to talk
It's my 4th day as an intern at a HR recruitment company and here no one talks, I feel like being ignored or like I'm invisible they should understand I'm fresher they should try to socialize, and I need to think before even saying a single word, generating negative energy over here
Help me guyss to get out of this

Start with simple greetings like wishing good morning or "how are you?" can be a good starting point.

I have been in this situation and I know how it feels so I understand start with mentioning your hobby or interests or weekend plans to spark conversation. And always remember, everyone was a newbie once. Be confident, patient, and persistent. You'll find your place in the team soon enough.

It takes time. You can note these points which will help you
1. Consistently greet your team mates everyday whenever you meet them.
2. Consider joining with them in the lunch or snacks time if they don't call you then you can tell them in advance before the lunch or snacks time that you want to join with them. Here you will get some chance to connect.
3. Also bring share some snacks or your favourite food with your team mates that brings an opportunity to connect.
4. Instead of waiting for your team mates to come talk to you. You go and talk to them ask questions ask them to guide you.
5. In a professional world very less true friends develop, everybody is focused on how they can be better how they can get promoted or how they get hikes.
6. Ask your peers if you can help them on any of the work that they are working on so that it helps them clear some clutter and you develop transactional relationship where you help them and they help you.
7. Don't sit back and keep trying to connect with people.
8. Don't just restrict yourself to connecting with your own team mates also try to connect with other people in the company you introduce yourself and ask questions so that way you can gain some knowledge with them.
Hope these points help you somewhat.
reaching out to people feels hard to some but others it's very easy.
In your situation do the above mentioned points for yourself think that this is also one of your project :)
