It’s always a bit nerve-wracking when HR goes quiet. You could try emailing them and politely ask for clarification on the status. If they don’t respond, it might be time to move on and explore other options.

I’ve been in a similar situation before. My advice is to send one more polite follow-up, and if there's still no response, consider looking at other opportunities. There’s no harm in keeping your options open.

This happened to me once too, and I just had to stay patient. If you still don’t hear back after another week, it might be a good idea to send a final follow-up email to check in.

Try sending a clear, concise message outlining your expectations, such as a timeline for the next steps, to show that you’re still interested but need an update to plan your next move.

It’s a tough spot to be in. If you haven’t already, you could try contacting someone else at the company...like another HR member or even the hiring manager...just to get a status update.
