My company made me work till 2 am on the world cup final day

I joined an early-stage startup and was excited to watch the World Cup final with my father like we used to. Due to the constant workload, I couldn't join him. At 2 am, I shut down my laptop, ignoring messages. 😤 I'll regret this forever; moments like these are irreplaceable. Money can't buy these precious moments.

It is your fault, you are allowing them to take advantage of you. Extend max 1-2 hours from regular work hours, don't go beyond that, pause work notifications and do whatever you want. Why do you have to work 24/7 for them? Do they pay you for both shifts ?

Such Companies never give importance to the employee's personal life, and they just abuse you mentally and drain your energy. These Companies don't provide any growth opportunities. Now it's high time, they must treat the employees as humans not as working slaves.
