Is Quiet Quitting Still Relevant?

I'm thinking about starting to do the whole 'quiet quitting' thing next month. I'm not really happy working here (actually, I'm pretty unhappy). My boss seems to think he owns me or something. I was looking for tips online, but I couldn't find anything recent. It seems like quiet quitting might not be popular anymore. What's going on? Am I missing something?

Quiet quitting is boss propaganda language. The correct terms are work to rule and act your salary.

I don't know why Gen Z needs a new phrase like "Quiet Quitting" for things that have always existed. Doing the absolute minimum at work because you hate your shitty job has been around as long as human civilization.

They fired more people so the remaining folks have no time to quiet quit.

The first rule of quiet quitting is you don't talk about quiet quitting. (I'm at work right now. Typing this is what I'm doing)
