I've been thinking about this a lot lately, how much does your relationship with your boss really matter in corporate settings, especially for non-tech roles? It seems like a lot of people say that your success is almost entirely dependent on how well you get along with your boss. If you're in their good books, everything's great. But if you're not, it can be really tough to get ahead. Has anyone else noticed this? And if so, how do you deal with a boss you don't get along with? I'm curious to hear your thoughts
