I have 3 years of experience. 2 years on xyz german based automobile as sensors testing engineer with 4 lpa Later shift to another company for 6 lpa with and working as product engineer with USA based company mainly our BU deals with dinrail products and I am responsible for testing My manager felt it low compared to standard so during appraisal he only raised to 8 lpa and completed 1 year Now because there are less projects I want to switch to similar role so what salary I can expect because I don't want to repeat the mistake

Given your steady salary progression and international exposure, a 30-50% hike is realistic. However, if you're moving to a high-demand sector, you can aim higher.

If your current company increased your salary significantly within a year, the market may already value your skills higher. Research industry benchmarks and aim for at least 50%+

Bro, 50% toh minimum demand maar! Industry boom kar raha ho toh 75% bhi try kar sakte ho.

If your manager felt your salary was low, let the next one feel the same AFTER you bag a 100% hike.
