Help on Salary Discussion

Hi All, I have 1+ years of experience in Salesforce development in a Bangalore-based company. I started with 3.5LPA now I am getting 3.8 LPA. At the start of my career I was only holding the Salesforce Associate certificate alone, now I have 5 certificates which include PD1 and Data cloud Consultant. Prior to this I completed the 8 months training on salesforce administration/development Now I am looking for a job change, and I wish to know how much I can expect as a salary. It would be great if you people gave me suggestions on the same.

Id say you can aim for 6 to 7LPA especially with PD1 and Data Cloud Consultant. Are you aiming for a particular Salesforce domain or open to exploring different roles?

You might expect a decent salary bump like around 5 LPA but honestly it’s kind of laughable that companies still pay more for certificates than actual experience.
