Help me as my Mail is Stuck
Hello can anyone from first advantage team help me?...I have been selected as an intern in a company...my background screening is yet to be done...but the mail is not coming from first advantage company side...rest all of the candidates got their mail...can u tell me what should i do?

Hey,
Don't stress about your background check. It might take a while. Follow up politely, check your email, or contact First Advantage. Be patient and keep trying. This will surely help you

Hiii , i also landed up in the same situation when i was selected for a full time role , then i contacted the HR Department of the Company and it was resolved . So you can also do the same👍

According to my knowledge , firstly try to troubleshoot the background check it might be a technical issue , or incorrect contact information .You should also check the spam and junk folder , if not this then try and contact the company at last.
