Ghost Interviews
India has the worst HR system or you can say job tele callers group. They will call you and schedule the interview and after 1 to 2 rounds they don't reply on mail or on their useless job portal.
I experience this with multiple famous MNCs of india and foreign.
And the fun fact is 😂: HR said they are too busy so it takes time or unavailable to reply. And the same there company talking about How they are supporting business with Ai 😱. What nonsense if your companies are having too many technologies then update your HR Portal and integrate Ai to respond to the candidate if they are selected or rejected.
Or it may be the problem of an unprofessional HR team who doesn't know the actual process of hiring.
It's just a scam of job interviews to show their clients as they have too many projects and grab the new projects from them.

It's frustrating when companies don't respond after interviews. It becomes disappointing when the HR gives lame excuses for such inconvenience.

They put people in false hope, and he keep asking for updates, but they keep candidates in the loop until the upcoming joining. If that candidate dump their offer, then they ask for the next steps to you. Otherwise, you all are ghosted.
Because everyone is interviewing with multiple people or company by hoping they'll get the best offers.
