Feeling Stuck in My Career – Need Advice on Next Steps
I graduated as a mechanical engineer in 2018 but couldn't secure a good job in my field. I spent two years preparing for MBA entrance exams (MBA MHA CET) and achieved 90+ and 97+ percentiles in two attempts. Unfortunately, COVID delayed the admission process, which left me in limbo.
During that time, I pursued a Java development course and eventually landed a job as a Java developer. It’s now been 3 years and 4 months in this role, but I don’t feel motivated or interested in it. I’m not making any effort to grow in this field because I don't enjoy the work.
I feel stuck and directionless. What should I do next? How do I figure out the right path for me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
