At first, my manager was really chill. During our one-on-one meetings, she only gave me positive feedback and never mentioned anything negative, even when I asked for it. However, during my annual performance review in front of her manager, she presented a list of negatives or areas for improvement.šŸ˜²

It depends wat the feedback, at times the very small points which are minor are considered feedback. Better to improve constantly rather receiving feedback in bulk as that Wil be tricky to justify those.
