Extended shift timing
In my company and in my team seo upworks. Most of the team members are serve extra time because the team lead every day around 30 min and same for me but I'm my case the time was avrg 45 extra. Because my Tl assigne some small tasks 10 min at the end of my day time. Even I do meetings with him about I can't extend my shift timing. Still he do this and when I skipp any task then he message and call me to do that task how to deal with this. Not this while at the time of reporting he take extra time.

Hey,
I feel that to address your workload issues, communicate with your team lead, set boundaries, prioritize tasks, delegate or decline work, and document your concerns. Remember, your well-being is important. Do you have any other questions about managing your workload or dealing with a difficult team lead?

Set firm boundaries, like saying, "I need to log off at X time, so can this task wait until tomorrow?" If he continues pushing, escalate the matter to HR or higher management. It’s important to protect your time!

Have you tried talking to your team lead about how this is affecting you?
