Dealing with Vague Feedback!

I'm so frustrated with my boss's vague feedback. It's like trying to read a mind reader! He'll say something like, "It's not quite right," or "It needs a bit more work." I'm not a psychic! I need specific feedback, not cryptic messages. I want to know exactly what's wrong so I can fix it. Does anyone else deal with this kind of feedback? How do you handle it?

Directly ask "Can you please be more specific about what needs improvement?"

He's trying to pull u down by work, maybe cause he don't want u to grow. Anyways one can never expect a positive feedback from manager. Doesn't matter how hard the work is done. They never want their subordinates to move their ahead.

Their feedback is like trying to understand a riddle written in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics. So Chill take a deep breath and keep upskilling💯

There are three possible scenarios: 1. He is insecure and he himself don't know what improvement can be done because either he don't want to put his mind on it or he don't have the skill or expertise. 2. Second, he is not very helpful by nature and wants you to figure things by yourself. 3. He is testing you or training you in a difficult way. The solution of all these scenario is be more observant, figure out things to improve by yourself, study his working style and try to replicate that and make sure that your is comprehensive. I know its not easy, but this is the way with difficult bosses. Speaking from experience.
