Am working at Infosys as a senior systems Engineer have 3 yoe in SAP BASIS.my package is 4.1L planning to switch i don't have much knowledge

How can I prepare for interview? Currently preparing from YouTube lil by lil. If i switch what package i should ask for? Kindly suggest me.thanks in advance ❤
