Advice needed - offer negotiation

Location - Bangalore
I received an offer from PayPal India for the Data Architect role in Grade 27. The compensation offered is ;
₹80 lakh base, plus 80 lakh RSU (3-year vest) and ₹16 lakh variable
Is this a good offer considering my level of experience and grade? Has anyone provided feedback on the work-life balance, as I've heard a lot about restructuring stuff and layoffs? thanks in advance.

80 lakhs base is alright, not bad at all. But honestly, it's those RSUs that make it a really good deal. 80 lakhs, spread over three years, that's a lot of money coming in.
