Toshvin's only quality is the training part they always encourage their employees to train themselves and gives an opportunity to learn politics. So a person who is not having political quality will have to suffer with job profile and even resignation from company.

Dislikes

Toshvin's upper managment is deaf and dumb they can't listen the truth even if it's in black n white...THE TOP MANAGMENT claim that they are clear in employee managment but every third person I suffering from internal politics in this company... I can name the persons suffering and the name of the person makes them suffer.....

Work Details

I was manager customer support leading a team of 4 people and joined toshvin in june 2016, I have worked hard to grow business of region from 70 laks a year to 2.25 cr per year in 3 and half year.....but I failed in politics here.
