Likes

Very high level management is good and trying to seek as much as feedback to improve. Senior level folks too technical, will be very good learning scope for jr level.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life balance is a myth in some projects. Micro management of task level details tracking with each hourly tasks details tracking for jr level to architect levels. It used to be okay earlier and worsen now. No correlation between hiring skill set and projects. Mid level management inclines towards micro management.
