IIFL's work culture is one of the best I have seen in my professional journey. Organisations is very much employee centric and policies are made according to benefiting to employees. IIFL has acquired technology in their major process, which faster the work. Learning and Development department is fully functional and focuses on Behaviour trainings as well.
