There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues and appreciate your idea's. Salary also too low and there are not provide the salary on-time. Increment is too bad. If anyone of the senior person resign the job then only you will get the salary hike at the lowest percent. There is a bond of 2 years, you can't resign the job within 2 years, if you resign the job within 2 years there not giving the experience certificate. On the job training is not given to new joiners, and there is no time limit for working hours. No compensation.work pressure is high.client calling Sunday and late into the night.no proper guidelines .short time projects.lots and lots of responsibility.

Designing, drafting, mechanical calculation, equipments selection,pnumatic selection, Jigs and fixture, surface modelling,3d modelling, quality check, following, technical writing, vendor development.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
