1. Lack of Pressure. That is all.

Dislikes

1. The inequalities (creating envious behavior among colleagues) 2. Lack of any employee benefits 3. 9-6 monday to Saturday is super tiresome 4. Too much unpeofessionalism 5. Salary is based on hours and if u are late for 10 minutes they will cut 30 minytes salary. 6. No actual rules causing too much unsatisfaction.
