This company has a very skillful, honest, hardworking and very well behaved people. We can get help and motivation from the seniors. Growth is good. Salary/appraisal is average. There is no politics in this company and sincere hardwork is appreciated.

Work hours/days are slightly more. Salary/appraisal are a little low.

Work is interesting. Sometimes there are challenges but we can get quick help from the seniors or the bosses. Sometimes I have to travel to client's place and work from there. We get the travel reimbursements.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

The company is open to innovation and readily adapts latest technology. Training provided here is excellent. You will get to learn various new technologies which helps you in your career growth. Flexible timings. Yearly performance based appraisal. Culture is also very good.
