Likes

Lock down period was till may 29th but they have created their own pattern. Zero support to employees.

Dislikes

No transparency. Top management totally depends on heads if they interact with bottom level employees then heads will not have horns. Chairman should be accessible to all the employees. He trust only heads of colleges and they play according to their wish and wants to be in good looks of management by suffering bottom level employees
