Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Robot Framework (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and the Robot Framework.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for retail and e-commerce platforms.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members in Agile ceremonies to define and refine requirements.

- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring their resolution aligns with project timelines.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance quality and efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or e-commerce, hands-on experience in collaborative Agile environments.

Required Skills And Qualifications :

- 5+ years of overall experience in software quality assurance.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Robot Framework.

- Strong understanding of test automation design and implementation principles.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Proven experience working on retail or e-commerce projects.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
