Job Description

Deployment data management across divisions and geographical territories: Ensure that all deployment changes in Zone / Region / Area / HQ are properly maintained in CRM system across all divisions and clusters, without any discrepancy from HR data.
Efforts data analytics: Analyse various effort metrics like Daily Call Average, MCR Coverage, MVC Compliance, RCPA Compliance and highlight any lags wherever applicable.
Activities data analytics: Analyse plan vs. actual completion of marketing activities like CMEs, Camps and other such HCP activities across different divisions.
Detailing data analytics: Analyse brand exposure data for growth-booster brands and newly launched brands; analyse overall detailing exposure to all doctors and compare them with the norms to highlight exceptions.
GSP RCPA data analytics: Cross-check GSP entered by the field vis-à-vis their targets; hence cross-check RCPA vs. GSP vs. Primary sale to highlight any RCPA entry issues; study RCPA trends to suggest actions wherever required.
HCP Master data analytics: Analyse various metrics available w.r.t. HCP master data to understand specialty-wise doctor coverage, HCP locational analytics, HCP key fields data fill gaps, HCP VC availability metrics, etc. Help classify HCPs into key segments based on their current Rx and potential data.
Monthly Divisional Review Dashboards: Help prepare monthly and quarterly project review dashboards covering various important metrics incl. Primary Sale, Secondary Sale, Efforts & Activities, RCPA trend, market share trend, etc.
Special Projects: Manage special projects and initiatives of SFE related to field and HCPs ensure these projects are run in a timely and quality manner and desired outcomes are achieved after coordination with all the required stakeholders.
SFE Budget Management: Have a complete hold on SFE annual budget and its spends across various categories. Ensure that spends are never exceeded w.r.t. budgets. Raise red flags as and when required.
