Zurich Kotak - Manager - Reinsurance - Facultative Placements (2-6 yrs)

- To manage Facultative placements/Inward Business for all lines of Business

- To efficiently and effectively identify and act upon new business opportunities which promote the profitable development of business.

- Keeps a record of all outward fac placement and inward acceptances.

- Manage timely completion of placement and documentation

- Ensuring smooth co-ordination for placement and binding of new business as well as retention of existing business

- Reviews the existing processes regularly and explores ways to improve them.

- Keep self-updated on changes in regulatory or other compliance related requirement and ensures the activities and realigned to meet them

- Ensures a strong relationship with all stakeholders

- Does a weekly review of key activities and explores ways to improve productivity as well as quality

- Keeps a regular tab on reinsurers rating

- Helping the team with Market research, presentations, in depth study of new products.

- Automation of manual activities process improvement

- Auditor query resolution audit closure control over regulator reporting done by RI department
