1. Visual inspection of Vane Pump housing after wasting.
2. Check keyway with special ring gauge.
3. Visual inspection of vane pump after final testing for ball crimping, dent & damage.
4. Water dip testing of vane pump.
5. Maintain record of inspection.
6. Daily make & publish report of inspection.
7. Good knowledge of GD&T.
