Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
