Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and have a proven track record of developing and implementing custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations. This role will be crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining our Salesforce applications to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop and implement complex business logic and workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust and scalable integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
Integration:
- Design and implement seamless integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
- Work with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or others.
and Communication:
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures.
Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular code reviews and optimize performance.
Salesforce Best Practices:
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
- Promote and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce DX.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
