Head - Customer Growth - eCommerce (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for forming and leading the customer growth team

- Develop effective strategies to enable exponential customer growth

- Develop a strong knowledge base of growth strategies that can be leveraged by the entire customer success team

- Form and run a community for Exly's customers to enable cross-learning

Required Skills:

- 4+ yrs of experience in an early-stage start-up environment

- Expert in performance marketing and social media marketing

- Experience in in- uencer marketing and brand partnerships

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Ability to build and lead a team
