Now were hiring a Principal - Growth to join us in this mission. The role will be vital in realizing the brand vision, embodying and promoting We Nurture Success in every facet of work.
The Principal - Growth will champion the success of our portfolio companies by driving strategic growth initiatives and leveraging YourNest s expertise. This role reflects our core belief: We Nurture Success, ensuring our founders achieve scalable, sustainable success through actionable strategies and best practices.
How does this role contribute
As a Principal - Growth , you will work with our startup founders to prepare them for scaled up success, ideally resulting in a next round of fundraise within 18 months.
This role is key to YourNest s purpose of being a nurturing partner who offers founders the enablement they need to rapidly grow their business. This calls for a person who is able to use YourNest s macro-industry view, vast partner experience and personal problem solving analytical skills to advise and suggest opportunities.

What will you be responsible for
Operate as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to founders, focusing on capital, revenue and people (CPR).
Serve as the central liaison between founders and YourNest s partners, driving impactful collaboration for growth.
Leverage YourNest research to proactively identify and present strategic growth opportunities.
Provide meaningful insights during monthly reviews and shadow board roles to build governance expertise.
Guide founders in adopting the YourNest playbook, governance principles, and operational frameworks.
Strategically plan and execute the runway for future fundraising in partnership with founders and the exit specialist.
Lead high-level, candid conversations with founders to align on tough decisions and drive sustainable growth.

What qualifications must you have
At least 10 years in growth-focused roles, including strategy, business development, or leadership in startups, consulting or entrepreneurial ventures.
Proven success in strategic planning, execution and achieving measurable growth.
Strong technology and business foundation through education or experience.
Experience as a startup founder, entrepreneurial leader or Chief of Staff with scaling expertise.
Consultants passionate about venture capital and the startup ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial problem-solver with a drive to empower founders and foster growth.
